Kid’s SUP Club: Fun, confidence & adventure on the water

Kids SUP Club

Fun, confidence & adventure on the water
This summer we’re launching our brand new Kids SUP Club; a weekly paddleboarding session designed especially for children. Perfect for beginners, these sessions focus on:

✅ Building water confidence & paddleboarding skills
✅ Learning safety on the river
✅ Making new friends & boosting social confidence
✅ Exploring and connecting with nature, and having loads of fun along the way!

When?

Every Monday during the holidays from 4:00–5:30pm, starting Monday 21st July and running through to 1st September.

How much?

Just £15 per child, per session. All kit included.

Who’s it for?

Kids aged roughly 8–14, no experience needed.

Why Kids SUP Club?

We wanted to create a space just for kids to discover the joy of stand-up paddleboarding in a friendly, supportive group. By the end of the summer, they’ll be more confident on the water, have made new pals, and enjoyed plenty of riverside adventure.

And if it’s a hit…

We’re hoping to turn this into a regular after-school club during term time, so your child can keep growing their skills, friendships and love for the water beyond the summer.

How to book:

Spots are limited each week to keep it safe & personal. Click below to book your child’s place.

Additional Information

1Being YOU @ Wittering SUP
You are welcome here. Our aim is to ensure a safe and accessible way for every being to enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of stand-up paddleboarding regardless of race, religion, size, gender, sexual orientation or disability. If you feel that you or a loved one’s neurodiversity or disability might impact your SUP adventure, please talk to us so that we can curate a plan and a safe space for you.
2On-site facilities
Wittering SUP HQ is based at Arden Sailing Club where we have toilets, changing rooms, hot showers, light refreshments, picnic tables for parents to wait and watch and secure parking onsite.
3What is included?
All paddleboarding equipment, buoyancy aids, and friendly coaching from our qualified team. We also have a few light wetsuits, thermal rash vests and booties you’re welcome to borrow if needed.
4What should you wear?
Light, quick-drying clothes like PE or yoga wear are best on warm days. On cooler days, sensible layers work well. Barefoot on the board is ideal, but old trainers or water shoes are fine. Bring a towel, a change of clothes, sun cream, and a bottle of water.
5Feeling a little unsure?
New skills outside of our comfort zone can always seem a little daunting, but we are always SO much more capable than we think we are. We are passionate about making sure everybody feels safe, confident and happy with their experience; our approach is gentle, supportive and compassionate and you have nothing to worry about; we’ll look after you :)
6Refund & Cancellation Policy
We have to plan ahead and session spaces are limited so we offer a full refund if you notify us of your cancellation 2 weeks before your session or a 50% refund a week before your booked session (gift voucher sessions are non-refundable). We only operate under the safest conditions, as such if the weather (wind), or water (flow/flood) conditions are not appropriate for beginner’s lessons we will notify you and arrange a more suitable date for your experience.
