Perfect for beginners

We want to make yoga accessible to everyone, remove the barriers and show that no matter your age or experience anyone can practice yoga and get so much more than just a new way to work out.

We practice on the beautiful banks of the River Avon, enjoying stunning views and a secluded location. We offer Indoor and outdoor flowing vinyasa yoga suitable for all abilities and all equipment is provided (mat, blocks, straps, blankets and even a relaxing lavender facemask) but feel free to bring any of your own gear if that makes you feel more comfortable. We practise yoga for tranquillity, stability, flexibility and for inner and outer strength; all the ingredients of an adventurous paddler!

Get SUP fit for summer!
Yoga has so many benefits to health and wellbeing but because we focus on supporting SUP fitness you will be working on core strength, flexibility and balance amongst other elements so it can really help your SUP performance, and endurance whilst preventing injury and reducing tumbles!

It will also keep you paddle-fit even when the British weather won't let you get out on the water!

You don’t need any experience; if it's your first time with us just come along to a FREE beginner's taster session, and see how you get on. You don’t need to bring anything with you, just some comfortable clothing and an open mind.

Get ready for SUP Yoga!
Our dry-land yoga sessions are also designed to get you ready for our on-water SUP yoga sessions starting this summer!

This activity is perfect for:
Complete beginners to experienced yogis. Our focus is gentle accessibility whilst ensuring that your core strength, flexibility and balance are in tip-top shape for your SUP (or any other) adventures.

Activity duration: approximately 1hr.
Session location: Arden Sailing Club.
Ages 16+ (under 16s with a guardian)
Maximum group size of 6 indoors and 8 for outdoors sessions
Cost: First session FREE - then £9 per session

All our sessions will be socially distanced, hygienic and will adhere to government guidelines as these evolve over time as well as meeting our own internal COVID19 risk assessment standards. We are ASI COVID19 Secure Audited.
2On-site facilities
Wittering SUP & Yoga HQ is based at Arden Sailing Club where we have toilets, changing rooms, light refreshments, picnic tables and secure parking onsite.
3What is included?
We will provide you with all the essentials (mat, blocks, straps, blankets and even a relaxing lavender facemask) but feel free to bring any of your own gear if that makes you feel more comfortable.
4What should you wear?
Light-weight, flexible and comfortable clothing is best. You may get warm during our session so perhaps some light layers that you can shed as you go.
5Feeling a little unsure?
New skills outside of our comfort zone can always seem a little daunting, but we are always SO much more capable than we think we are. We are passionate about making sure everybody feels safe, confident and happy with their experience; our approach is gentle, supportive and compassionate and you have nothing to worry about; we’ll look after you :)
6Refund & Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations and provide full refunds up to 24hrs prior to a session.
I was out of my comfort zone but Alex made me feel very relaxed and at ease, her explanation of things was calm, precise and fun too. I will be recommending her to my friends and hoping to come to yoga again soon!
