We want to make yoga accessible to everyone, remove the barriers and show that no matter your age or experience anyone can practice yoga and get so much more than just a new way to work out.
We practice on the beautiful banks of the River Avon, enjoying stunning views and a secluded location. We offer Indoor and outdoor flowing vinyasa yoga suitable for all abilities and all equipment is provided (mat, blocks, straps, blankets and even a relaxing lavender facemask) but feel free to bring any of your own gear if that makes you feel more comfortable. We practise yoga for tranquillity, stability, flexibility and for inner and outer strength; all the ingredients of an adventurous paddler! You don't have to be a SUP paddler to enjoy this style of yoga but our experience on the water makes us lean towards the same tranquillity we find outside, close to nature.
SUP yoga is a fun, challenging way to improve your strength, flexibility and balance. In yoga, we practice mindful movement that is not only strengthening our physical selves but also our minds. Being outside in this beautiful and peaceful location helps us to focus the mind, the added challenge of balancing on our boards leaves us little room for busy thoughts and rumination and so an hour of SUP yoga can help reset and restore even the most frazzled mind.
